Off to Seville for a few days and wondered if anyone had good city centre hotel recommendations? Cheers

Lovely place Seville. We stayed in the Vincci La Rabida hotel. No complaints with it at all.

Great place - my favourite city in Spain. I have stayed a couple of times in Hotel Alcazar which was a perfect location: lovely short walk through the park to the barrio Santa Cruz (central old town area) and also close to the Plaza de España. Airport bus drops off right by it as well.

Have also stayed at the fantastic el Rey Moro, which is a beautiful boutique hotel with more of a wow factor inside the barrio Santa Cruz. Jacuzzi on the rooftop with fantastic views of the cathedral and Giralda tower:

Thanks all. We've been before and stayed in a nice hotel near Real Betis' ground, which was a bit far out of the centre. Those hotels look great and more central. Cheers

Love Seville, been a couple of times. Saw Sevilla draw 1-1 with Brazil in 2005 (Kanoute scored). Want to see Betis one day.

Been to a couple of Flamenco shows. A little touristy but they were in quite small venues so quite intense. One was quite near this restaurant which was quite nice http://m.thefork.com/en_GB#!/restaurant/corral-del-agua/12276
Unsure if it's still any good though.

Went to a Bullfight which was pretty gruesome. Won't be rushing back but an experience.
And did the open top bus tourist that takes you around the expo sites and ate Tapas.

    And it's warm. Very.

Was that the Silken Al Andalus Palace? Great hotel. The NH Plaza de las Armas is good with an upstairs pool. NH do a great breakfast. Recommended.

Stayed in ribera de triana hotel a couple of times and has a lovely roof top bar. If you are looking for a more summer holiday hotel with a nice outdoor swimming pool would recommend the ayre hotel near sevilla's ground. Really nice. Stayed there last month.
Like the others can't say enough about the city. Lovely place.
