He has to say that to try and hold out for more money, that is what I am clinging to anyway.

Surprised she has parents, I always assumed she was an Alien from the planet Douche.

No, it's planet Cuculus KM see the thread on page 2 of GC entitled:

BBC 4 Tonight 9pm Alien life on extraterrestrial planet?

There is no proof he met with investors - it is all a plan to get people to give up and buy season tickets.

I think it's even more telling that there is absolutely no sources or additional information in that at all, it's a rehash from last week..reading between the lines it does anything but confirm they are here for the long haul.

Even if close to selling the 'business as usual' signs would be up as negotiations and details of bids are not acted out in the public domain.

That there is no 'new' news on ST sales is far more telling in my uneducated opinion

I'm more shocked that there's a Supporter Relations Team.

Can't blame them for bad spelling, they may not have done that yet in their schools. It's a little know fact that they got rid of the more competent staff and replaced them with children.

Would be interested to know from @LouisMend if any media spoke directly or indirectly to Duchatalet last week or if this is just conjecture allied to some kite flying? I hope so ... the prospect of him and Squirrel Face suddenly discovering how a football club should be run is as likely as my dating Julia Roberts.

Surely it is John who spelt her name incorrectly?

I won't lie I have done so in the past but here is the original e-mail from this morning:

To: Katrien Meire ; Charlton Athletic Football Club
    Subject: Simple Question

When will the grinning incompetent (otherwise know as Katrien Meire) resign?

    best wishes to the Club
    John

It was copied also to SRT who sent the misspelled reply posted up earlier

Unlike a sizable amount of support base if they are staying. Like at Liege, Duchatelet will be gone at the end of next season after selling off as many of the playing assets as he can. The fact that Meire is in a job shows the level of contempt that Duchatelet has for Charlton supporters in general and the lack of interest he has in a operating a successful football operation.

Good god another Season with this Cnut?

I'm going to get a Charlton residents permit for the campervan and use it outside to disrupt any activity going on in the club.

We can put boards on it like the billboard vans. If someone's got a drive local it can be parked on, great. I'll get duplicate keys and anyone I can insure on it can drive it.

Ideas for making the club increasingly tiring to manage and her job more of a headache:

    1. A group of fans constantly prank calling the club from withheld to various Charlton numbers listed. Who has time for that? Something that needs to be planned from a broad selection of people. It could be inventive...but effective if persistent and bold.

    2. Get season ticket forms used for paper aeroplanes against burnley...another object to throw in the pitch. Or ask for ST form and rip it up at the counter (only against burnley not on another day)

    3. Use fund to get steward hi vis tops and copy the exact attire. Use it to get towards directors box or on the pitch etc I don't know!

It's a pretty crappy shortlist but actual ideas could branch off from these.

Never understood that expression the darkest hour is just before dawn.

It isn't. Just before dawn there is a pre-dawn lightening if there is no cloud cover.

    Must be metaphorical.

I had hoped we were at the beginning of the end of Duchatelet ownership or reasonably into it. I have to cling onto that hope and will do everything I can to try and move the bastard on as I'm sure nearly all of us want as an outcome.

All I've got, that we haven't gone for yet is to start to disrupt the Melexis business, it's customer relationships and maybe an easier target, it's supply chain.

If we can start to impact Melexis, Roland will really start to get worried.

We need to associate the bad publicity from his football and start tainting his integrated semiconductor business.

Melexis shares are traded and can be purchased for around euro 50.

Shareholders get a bunch of rights probably including the right to submit questions at the AGM but realistically any request would be ignored.

Attending the AGM and speaking are fundamental rights of shareholders.

My recommendation, to be worked on, is that we work on buying enough shares to have a significant presence for the next AGM.

Additional targeted communications to buyers and suppliers.

@Alwaysneil Afraid you'rd a bit late as the AGM was last week. Buying the shares from the UK is nigh on impossible. It was investigated. We created a little bit of fuss on Twitter around the AGM last week. There may be more possibilities.
