    What do you expect them to say? I'm amazed you got a reply to be honest. Spelling her name incorrectly is kind of wonderful though, perhaps they meant someone else.

    Just to put this into perspective. I don't e-mail the SRT every day but then again I am still awaiting responses from e-mails sent weeks ago in relation to the Dubai fiasco where I challenged the time of the 'holiday' and requested an explanation.

    Perhaps, yes, there is someone there with some semblance of a soul.
    I did way back send them a copy of my Bonjour Mama, Bonjour Papa letter ( a spoof letter penned by Katrien to her parents) which I rather hoped they would show around the office and get a bit of a laugh out of it.
    I hate the idea of communicating with soulless, cut-and-paste robots doing that kind of job rather than people who have some kind of understanding where one is coming from which is why I was so incensed by the (kind-of-related) Mandy Anderson-Myers story on the other thread.
