So what transfers CAN still take place ?

    You can sign an unattached (sp?) player

    We can still sign unemployed players, and also emergency transfers with Premier league agreement (e.g. if we got 2 keepers injured we could get one in on loan). Apart from that all transfers to prem clubs are over. I think we can still loan out to league clubs and they can loan amongst themselves. Conference clubs aren't effected by the window closing.
