    Marco Motta (born 14 May 1986) is an Italian footballer who most recently played as a right back for Watford.

    Motta is a former youth international and participated in the 2008 Summer Olympics

    Date of birth 14 May 1986 (age 29)
    Place of birth Merate, Italy
    Height 1.86 m (6 ft 1 in)
    Playing position Right back

    Having left Juventus, Motta completed a move to Championship side Watford on 26 February 2015.[26] He made his debut in a 1-0 win against Fulham on 3 March 2015.

    However, following Watford's promotion to the Barclays Premier League, Motta was released by the club.[27]

    Another player is not match fit, not played this season. He was a free agent after the spell at Watford came to an end in July 2015 and was training with QPR to maintain his fitness levels.

    He's cheap and not British so fits our profile, why worry what position he plays.

    Not blaming the player who at least has a decent CV. Good luck to him but so much for learning from your mistakes.

    I didn't see him for Watford but I used to watch him as a right midfielder and right back, solid at the back, a good reader of play and decent dribbler. He's intelligent, someone you could describe as 'accomplished'. He was definitely a Serie A quality player, hence his past clubs and so I'm pleasantly surprised. He would have been a great signing in August.

    Good to see we are further unbalancing our squad, maybe he will be started ahead of Solly so we can piss him off too? Then he'll piss off in the summer and we can build an entire new squad for the third season in a row.
