Im talking more to the case off sacking Luzon and replacing him with KF and then binning him off 10 odd games later... Should have just stuck with GL in that case.

  • Cannot put his name on this forum sorry

I give you Malky Mackay the only man desperate enough to take the job for peanuts .

Pure guess work this but is this how the club works.....Watt's transfer goes through on Thursday morning, most are up in arms, new manager announced two hours later (possibly OLouchlin)most pissed off, closely followed by the loan signing of Yann to appease the masses and make them all happy again.

Thing is, it might have made us 'happy' a year ago - but they've burnt their bridges now whatever they do. They are going to get pelters v Blackburn as we've had enough.

I think you will find that a lot of our injured players make a miraculous recovery once Fraeye goes, and tbh, if you think about the squad, then the following to me looks a decent side..

    Hendo
    Solly/Bauer/Williams/THD
    Poyet/Kashi/DIarra/Cousins
    Vetokele/Lookman

    With JJ/Harriott/Mak as impact subs.

Actually I think we've got him in charge at the moment...

Our players did not even know which direction to attack: our goal or their goal. I have never seen this happen before. In football, you are supposed to score against the opponents to win, not for them

That Barbados story is bollocks, surely ?
I've heard it before. Could just be one of those Internet lies that has snowballed. Bit like Riga coming back ;-)

Wasnt thinking about positions - just 4 good players in midfield.

Is that similar to 6 average players up front ?

I make you pretty good too:

    - pretty solid back four (albeit making a presumption about Williams)

    - some good options in the midfield - both defensively (Poyet, Kashi, Diarra), offensively (Harriott, JBG, JJ) and of course the versatility and energy of Cousins

    - up front, with the right service, players who would be able to convert some of their chances whilst also using a bit of speed (Reza, Lookman) or their size (Maki)

Unfortunately, we just need that man who can actually use them properly. If by some chance we actually kept Watt (fat chance, I know) and could recapture the attitudes we had against QPR and Hull we would be quite comfortable.

Sadly, injuries lead to poor results which lead to the owners bringing in an absolute moron to run the team.

If the players aren't good enough it doesn't matter who the manager is.

Didnt realise Williams is an Aussie.
  • Haven't read everything on here but rumour has it that Riga turned us down. If so, who can blame him? And where does that leave us?

If Riga was offered the Job ?

He would turn it down if one, he only had a contract for 5 months; or
    His money was too low.

I think he would've been offered it, and both of the above came into play.

A jouno pal of mine told me this afternoon that JR was offered the job till end of season only.
He declined - as he wants a longer deal.

Sounds like we are getting ready for Marc Wilmots at the end of the season.

No way he would come to us in Div 1
  • Please Jason don't be tempted into taking this if offered.
  • Oh honestly, who here doesn't look at this and laugh!?

Wasn't good enough first time around and now he is again? Shall we reappoint Fraeye in 18 months too, after Peeters has had another go? He's employing his mates who work in his networking system, Riga had a honeymoon spell and was slightly better than the lot after him, this is a repeat merry go round.

    NO!
  • Will RD now panic and go back to Riga giving him what he wanted or will it be O'Loughlin ?

Kf proabanly interim until manager owner has lined up starts next season. The fact he has to sack Kf early has messed up his plan. Riga has clearly told him to fcuk of. Well done that man if the case.

You've got a nerve coming on here, Karel Fraeye.
