Just gone up in my estimation. Have to say, he was good as the narrator in Esio Trot too.1
-
Oh no the luvvies have latched onto our cause.0

Well said James.
considering that West Ham will be the big winners and pinch generations of young fans from us if this carries on.0 -
Anyone know where I can get a black and white scarf today please?0
-
Well done big man. Not everyone's cup of tea but seems like a decent enough bloke that's just got lucky.16

Good on him1

Must admit that I have love/hate view of Corden, some of his stuff is great but he does seem a little self satisfied at times.ValleyGary said:Well done big man. Not everyone's cup of tea but seems like a decent enough bloke that's just got lucky.
He is now firmly in positive territory though......3 -
Well done James top man!!!0

Fair play to him. Sometimes we dislike people but if it gets us more publicity I really don't mind who put it's out there.0

Links to a great piece too, even the errors fall in our favour so all good1

Anyone Charlton fans phoning 606 tonight?1

Gavin and Stacey was quality, everything else he's done since is toilet. However top bloke for sharing this, he has a lot of reach now he does a chat show in the states.1

The article he has shared is brilliant - very comprehensive1
-
A real comedian now behind us11

I was told once that his wife is a charlton fan and so is all of her family so that might be why he has got in on the act5
-
Very good news0

Corden's tweet has gone out to 5.9million people15

Worked with James for a number of years on A League of Their Own which is funded by one of my clients.
This tweet is no coincidence. He talks football on the set all the time. There is also an Addick on the production team and he is well aware how hurt we all are.18 - Sponsored links:

Would be interested to hear whether any other "celebs" have retweeted the message.0

Can't stand the bloke but a massive thank you for that Mr Corden.1

Absolutely brilliant. Good on him.
What is Meire going to do, anyone googling her name for the next 20 years is going to have these articles show up as the first results. And these are articles that state nothing other than facts about what she's said or done. She's absolutely ruining her career.8 -
Having spent until 5am this morning trying to go through assorted quotes of hers, I've come to the conclusion that the naive girl has been thriving on them so far.Chunes said:Absolutely brilliant. Good on him.

Right down from the initial confrontation on the train; she managed to play the media. Her WebSummit interview was interesting despite what we've all been focusing on: the way she sarcastically comments on the "friendly emails" that say "get out of our club" suggests she enjoys this attention.
However, the game is changing and her words are no longer being taken for any value by the media either. The 2% comment backfired majorly and now with the media getting involved in a more critical light it will be interesting to see if her tact changes.
I doubt it; and I hope she keeps up the stubborn exterior that trys to play the press by hiding behind cliches and exaggerated comments. For if she begins to take us seriously now, even if merely by more hollow words, then we may lose our best weapon: her own words.
Those words have broken through my own recent apathy regarding the club and have united the fans in a way that I have never seen before, being only 23 I missed the Valley Party and that era. One just has to look at the chanting vs Wolves to see that she's managed to turn even a number of more gentile fans against her.
Whilst Roland is still involved in the club, long may Katrien continue her ill thought out waffle!7 -
I will forgive him now for saying Sidcup is the arse end of nowhere.6

Good article on the link, just a shame he didn't mention how Palace washed their hands of their debt to get where they are. Nice of Corden to get behind us.0
