Panathinaikos are unspeakably mad

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/34896051
Allow me to sum the story up for you:
. Panathinaikos were at home to Olympiakos in the Athens derby
. Panathinaikos fans threw flares onto, then invaded, the pitch and fought with riot police
. The match was then, obviously, postponed and cancelled
. The club have said that it is unacceptable that the match was cancelled, and have told their fans to protest
and, the most mind-crushingly insane fact:
. There were NO Olympiakos fans in the stadium, as away fans are banned in the Greek top flight
So, essentially, Panathinaikos fans went mental on their own and predictably caused a match to be postponed, yet the club think the referee was wrong to cancel.
Saying that, maybe if we had fans like that, perhaps called them the Charlton Ultras, we'd be better off?
