So, if we need him to save or even win us the match, he will bat in the 2nd innings.

Our lead is pushing 50... It won't be a high scoring match but a decent partnership or two could win this for either team. A lead if 70-80 might be all we can expect, which gives us the upper hand at least0

Good job neither Anderson or Broad is injured too because we'd have to either open with a spinner or sling the ball to Bell for a spell of his "legendary" trundlers. Whist he does have just the one Test wicket he does have 47 first class victims including personal bests of 4-4 and 5-41 in limited overs.0

Considering that Stokes bowls right-handed, couldn't he have maybe switched to batting right-handed and getting his dodgy shoulder furthest away from the bowler ??
