If it is Reebok as has been suggested, then I believe the kit will actually be supplied by Sports Hub Group under licence from Reebok's owners. They're the same people that supply Cardiff's New Balance kit.

New Ebbsfleet kit by Admiral, how poor does it look that the badge is right against the centre strip but the Admiral badge is spaced away. Hope for their sake that this will be sorted.

Feel like the collar is trying to be about 3 things at once.
