            A proper singer was Joe absolutely individual and was a great interpretor of other peoples songs, his version of Bird on a Wire is my absolute favourite. So sorry to hear he has passed away another rock legend has bit the dust and there have been a few this year (Johnny Winter, Jack Bruce etc) it is just sad.

            Currently listening to Mad Dogs and Englishmen. Some great covers including belting versions of The Letter and the Weight.0

            Saw him up at Birmingham NEC in the mid '90's at a strange charity gig line up featuring ZZ Top and Eric Clapton also. Great voice. RIP0
