    Get the feeling that, like Cash and Jiminez he lived life hard and fast, took significant business risks and got caught out in the crisis. House of cards type finances.

    The poor fella that toppled to his death may well have been pushed according to some reports.
    Would make sense as I doubt even somebody suicidal would have chosen that way to end it all.
