    In all seriousness, the two strikers at Rochdale and Chesterfield sound like they're tearing through L1 defences. Worth a scout but it's whether they'd make a step up.

    If we are going to gamble on a league 1 striker Eoin Doyle at Chesterfield has got to be worth a look.

    I don't think he's good enough. He's tall so gets some headers and goal hangs to get some tap ins. I can't see much else tbh.

    Maybe not, but I've seen Port Vale in the FL highlights, every game & he doesn't look all that, to me.

    so many strikers do well in Divs 1 & 2 only to fall short in the Championship .. I'd still like us to consider re-signing Smiffy from Swindon .. won't happen though
