Our good start probably gone against us here. No one realistically thought we'd have a shot a promotion this year so RD probably taken the view that see how we go and if we're in the mix by Jan then maybe have a go. if not be happy we not in a relegation scrap and build next summer.
And tbh that is the sensible thing to do rather than panic buy cos we missed out on our main target.3 -

Can't believe we need 11 signings and haven't even managed 1. Imagine hypothetically if Roland decided to take the team to Africa for preseason and they all forgot to take their malaria tablets? We wouldn't be 6th that's for sure.2
