The trouble is the article doesn't say that a new striker will sign by Monday. If anything it is says that RD is not going to spend the money for the sake of it unless it is a quality striker. Bob P says he would like to strengthen the team but what manager of football team wouldn't ? The article is non commital and not particularly encouraging. It sounds more like to me that no one is arriving.
