Really like that team.2

With the exception of morrison & maybe any new additions, I'd say that is pretty much the team that will start against Brentfordcolin1961 said:TEAM - @CAFCofficial: Henderson; Solly, Wiggins, Bikey-Amougou, Ben Haim; Gudmundsson, Buyens, Jackson, Cousns, Tucudean, Vetokele #CAFCLive

No Harriot? and Cousins on the wing again? Im not a fan...0

Might be diamond with Gudmundsson behind the strikers ? Think Ben Haim will be first choice centre back this season and after reports and seeing highlights sounds about right to me so Morrison and Bikey fighting it out for the other spot , we've still got moussa , and apparently two more players coming into the squad , looking strong to me coyr !!2
-
I'd say that's pretty much our first choice eleven right there. A central midfielder is going to have to play wide is my main concern. Can't comment a I haven't seen any of the new boys in action yet but on paper it looks good and in Wilson, Harriott and Morro we have serious cover on the bench at long last an hopefully Moussa to come at some point. Augurs well (mind you I've been hopeful before.........COYR)0

Big Bob stated the other week that it's Gomez' place to lose at CB, and I don't think he's since lost that. I think all 4 will be rotated, but more so the 3 around Morrison despite his questionable pre season form/fitness/motiation, he's the only one with recent experience in this league and obviously knows the club well.:-)bobcafc7 said:Might be diamond with Gudmundsson behind the strikers ? I reckon Morrison is the one dead cert to start against Brentford next week... Ben-Haim and Bikey have been selected today cos Peeters cant decide who to choose between the two with Gomez and whoever misses out playing against Colchester (thats what I think anyway)2
-
Afternoon all.....I hope to be able to provide my normal match thread for today....I need to get used to the new names etc in time for next week.....if we are broadcasting I'll be working from the commentary for those that cant hear the game...COYR's0

I thought it was a 4-3-3 as opposed to 4-4-2. Hope cousins isn't on the wing again this season1
-
I'm going to have to use abbreviations for this team for the season....Henders, Bikey, TBH, Gudson, Tucu, Veto....I'll start with that and see how it goes1
-
forgive any spelling and typos up front.....this is going to be an interesting season for the match thread thats for sure.....4-4-2 line up confirmed0
-
Cousins on the left wing apparently0

hello Red, hope you've been having a good summer. pre-season training for the digits huh? Am listening too, but not to any Portsmouth feed as I can't easily access one, anyway you need to get match fit for Brentford as I won't be able to contribute next week as I will be at Griffin Park.0
-
Moussa still not fit. I can't help but think that we need to get another in to replace him before the start of the season if he isn't going to be fit. I'm still unsure of our striking options. 1 more in with 1 of ours going out on loan imo.0

wish we could sign people with easier bloody names Seth!!!seth plum said:hello Red, hope you've been having a good summer. pre-season training for the digits huh? even George for tucu
...and yoni is easier than Buyens
Johan for Gudson...tho gudson is neat.0 -
TBH and Bikey are straightforward enough, as is moussa.0

Just heard the pitch (at the Valley) is now 4 yards wider, and 2 yards longer...basically a bigger pitch.1
