Hello group, my name is Daniel.

I knew my panicking was getting out of control when I started panicking before I had even had breakfast.

I started out with a swift half of mild doubts but it soon became 3 or 4 concerns a day.

But I thought could handle it

Soon I was onto a bottle of worry a day

But I thought I could handle it

Then I started to mainline anxiety

But I thought I could handle it

I told myself I wasn't an addict, I never touched the hard stuff like dread or hysteria but I was on prescription trepidation washed down with consternation and dismay

    I couldn't handle it.

I've cut down to six panics a day during the week, and moved onto e-panics, but to be honest I'm not feeling any healthier

Couldn't find the rumour thread, which seems to have gone off piste. This thread will do.

Callum Harriot - on way to Birmingham. Not sure if he's going shopping in the Bullring - joining Riga or moving there himself.

Panic on the streets of London, panic on the streets of Birmingham, I wonder to myself..... Perhaps Morrissey was right after all.

Ok folks i was going to keep this for a special day, but I have a great offer for you, however there is only limited stock, so once they are gone they are gone.

Free noose with ever pair of razor blades purchased, all nooses available in fetching Charlton red, you know it makes sense .. roll up, roll up!!

I'm looking forward to the "I'd rather we had been relegated and kept Riga - we would have been better off in the long-run" posts.

If we appoint him as coach I would rather we had been relegated and kept Riga - we would have been better off in the long run.

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
    But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
    Then you are a freak.........

    PANIC!!!
