Not getting ahead of myself here,but it was always said on cup final day that nobody ever remembers the losing teams from the semi-finals.
My first cup final i watched on the BBC was 1967 the first London cup final Chelsea v Tottenham .
Can you fill in the teams i can not remember ..........FROM YOUR HEAD....

    78 WBA v iPSWICH a certain Mr Talbot covered in blood from a head wound.

    74 Newcastle v Burnley at Hillsbrough Super Mac scored can see it now.

    Some of the games from the 70s are coming back too me ,

    Funny that because I'm the same, ask me where I went on holiday 80's-early 90's and I can remember quite well, after that I have to get the Readers Digest Atlas out (where I've listed the places I've been).....must be an age thing.
