1 Steve McClaren - huge payout for being a twat
2 The players - they dont like playing for gratis in their summer hols anyway
3 The jocks, seeing as we gave it to them after Italy
4 Holiday companies, I would imagine more people will be able to book hols without thinking of the footy

    Everyone - not spending money on booze, plasma tellys, plastic flags, Algarve's bar etc, etc will mean that we've all got a bit more cash to spare - or at least a bit less on the plastic anyway.
