  • 1-0 win to Charlton, goal machine Simon Church to continue his rich vein of form.
  • it can't help the team with the Bournemouth bid for Yann being in the air
  • Many contracts are running out, not just Yann's. The players need to step up and be counted in these sort of matches. A 3-1 away win for me...

The only time you will see the phrase "Church (61)" ...........is if he starts playing snooker.

    :)

Seriously though - a well taken goal at Hudds, on the back of two decent assists at Oxford.

Doncasters emblem looks like the end of triggers broom. Any one know what it is meant
    to be?

I would also like to see 3 at the back, but do not think Harriet is good enough at defending. Is the new guy better?

Ha, it comes from a Rover car. Apparently the local dealership sponsored the club so they adopted the sign from the front of the car. Nice.

Just pray to god this game lasts the full 90 minutes and is not called off in the mean time, otherwise i would have driven for 9 hours for nothing.Having said that this game is A 6 POINTER make no mistake about it,while we try to gain at least a point Millwall and Sheff Wed play at The New Den .This half of the season is going to be an interesting one and the next 6 matches in this division will decide in which league we will be playing in next season.
    Coming up over the next month Charlton v Birmingham,Charlton v Barnsley.Sheff Wed vBarnsley,Yeovil v Millwall.Doncaster v Barnsley,Millwall v Bolton,Barnsley v Millwall and Yeovil v Doncaster all before we play Barnsley at home.
Something has too give, look forward to the ride and trust Charlton can come out on top of this little lot of teams.

    0 - 1. Kermorgant 90+2.
    Yes please.

Pouring down in Yorkshire and has been raining continuously for some time. Don't know what the weather is like in Doncaster, but if it as bad as here and if it continues, then the game must be at risk.

it's very wet & overcast down the road in N Lincs .. but the Keepmoat has good drainage and we should be OK .. fingers crossed

Arrived in Donny about half an hour ago. Overcast but dry. After a quick look around the Market, we're on the first pint of the day in the Tut'n'Shrive. Most acceptable

  • After the way Alnwick played on Saturday, I will be gutted if he is dropped and the new guy, Thuram-Ulien, plays. And worried. Because that can only imply to me CP doesn't have the final say anymore over who plays.

Respect to all who have travelled up. Have a safe journey back, hopefully with 3 points in your back pocket.

    Confidence flying. 2-0 win. COYR's
  • BBC London should have it.
  • I get the feeling Donnie are really up for this and will be a much sterner test than at the Valley. I also think focus may be lacking with some players. We have won 2 of the 3 vital games and I would so love to see the hatrick. 2-0 Donnie and a horrible sinking feeling for the Addicks tonight.

    "1st double of the season"
    Man that's depressing! I didn't know that.

2-1 the mighty Addicks. Late goal for Donny has us all nipping to the bathroom.

I believe the only teams we've played twice this season are Ipswich and Boro.

It's our very first opportunity to do the double over a team this season.

We badly need another win. Sadly, I can't see us pulling off 3 away victories in a row. I expect a dour match with few chances, and 1-1 the best we can hope for. Sharp for them (of course), Jacko for us.
  • A draw would be a good result. I can see us losing this by the odd goal, unfortunately, cementing our place in the bottom 3. Doncaster are going to throw everything at us tonight as the result is just as important to their own hopes of staying up. 1-0 to the home team.

Assume if Stephens is off, then Jackson will play CM with Cousins

My pessimism/optimism for this match (and rest of the season) basically rests on the team announcement.
