Sorry, bit of advice,
Missus and daughter (35 &15) are going away for my daughters bday, want some advice on decent safe hotel near the Eurostar in Paris if anybody has any advice??

We stayed here Hotel California Paris | Champs Elysees 4 star Hotel, short taxi ride away from station, was 10 years ago but very safe, in right area, not cheap but not top price.
Good base for Champs Elysees & metro to all the other places you might want to see in Paris.0 -
There is an Ibis Hotel Hotel (part of the reliable French budget hotel chain) providing bed & breakfast within walking distance of the Gare du Nord at a reasonable price for Paris0

Don't know how the price is for you but stayed there for work. 15 mins walk from station, nice (though small) rooms and free soft bar in reception.0 -
