    Wilson 5 struggled in defense and passing and crossing very poor, his worst performance so far.
    Morrison 6 sstruggled with pace and tempo of game in first 15mins
    Devite 6 ditto, headers for clearances poor, but could say that about the whole back four.
    Wiggins 5 His crosses very poor into the box.
    Stewart 5, his choices of to shoot or pass poor .
    Cousins 6
    Stephens 6. His free kicks and corners por.
    Jackson 5 struggled in this game, also his attempts at fre kicks and corners poor.
    Kermorgant 5, held up the ball ok, but did not impose himself on the game.
    Church 6, at least chased every ball, and made their defence look over their shoulders.

    Alnwick 7 – Couple of excellent saves in first 5 minutes, no chance with goal then very little to do!
    Wilson 5 – A lot of wrong decisions offensively
    Morrison 6.5 – Solid enough
    Devite 6 - Ok
    Wiggins 6.5 – Ok – unlucky not to score
    Stewart 5 – improved second half – but had little effect – denied a 1on 1 by inept ref at the end
    Cousins 6.5 – Did his job, not much else
    Stephens 6 – tried, but not as effective as he has been
    Jackson 5 – Didn’t do much
    Kermorgant 6.5 –won his fair share of headers
    Church 6 – can’t fault effort
    Difficult to mark as Ipswich went looking for an early goal, got it then defended effectively for the remainder. Hard to identify a MOTM - suppose Alnwick for early saves. May have been different if Wiggins effort had gone in. We were deprived a late 1 on 1 by a ref who blew his whistle too quick – dreadful and deserving of a demotion to pub football IMO.

    Alnwick 9 kept us in it at the start - to no avail as morrison let him and us down
    Wilson 4 defensively redundant, hopeless passing, hopeless crossing, willing runner
    Morrison 1 culpable for goal - allowed Smith to walk away from him at 2 corners before town scored, Alnwick saved his & our bacon twice but MM gave him a 3rd chance which he took, that MM was ok for the rest of the match is irrelevant he gave the game away - to get out-thought by your oppo once is forgivable it happens, to let the same bloke do it twice more from consecutive corners is dispicable and he shouldn't get paid cos he chose not to do his job
    Dervite 6 competent
    Wiggins 7 one of few players who did a proper day's work with any positive outcome
    Stewart 6 plenty of ability, typical loan player dodging tackles to avoid injury
    Cousins 6 looked knackered 2nd half and mistakes crept in
    Stephens 5 looked knackered throughout and contributed little
    Jackson 5 looked knackered throughout and contributed little
    Kermorgant 7 same as Wiggins
    Church 6 industrious as ever, looked like he tweaked a hammy before coming off

    Chris Powell 3 still has the sordell turd in the squad, kept wilson on when defensively he wasn't needed and offensively was hopeless, harsh lessons still not learned, too little done much too late yet again - bewildering

    Pigott n/a honest grafter without the chops -yet- to deliver at this level
    Green n/a much better crosser than wilson but introduced 20 minutes too late
    Sordell n/a it is an offense to us all that he gets to pull on a Charlton shirt at all
