Tbf Powell was out managed, we didn't create a chance and their players aren't in anyway better than ours.
He has also taken this team as a far as he can. With a few pennies he'll take our new team much further0 -

Glad to see that like me people think that colin1961 has got it wrong. I think Powell is doing the best he can with the players he has got. He is not perfect but the ideal manager for us at the moment. The trouble with a lot of the postings on here is that it is feast or famine lets try and be a little more considered with our opinions.We were not good today and could not cope with Ipswich's excellent start. After that not a lot in it with neither keeper really worked. I feel that we will be ok and if there is new investment so much the better. A positive today was Alnwick who was assured and made several excellent saves at the start. Both full backs have had better days and for me the rest were fairly average with the exception of Cousins who I think is a very tidy player. Lets me more supportive of the team on this board COYR.0
