For the past month, postmen have refused to deliver mail to a housing estate in Leeds because one was bitten by a stray dog.
The Post Office have said "Royal Mail is now formally suspending deliveries and we will be writing to affected customers".
How exactly will the letter be delivered?

A tenuous link maybe, but a woman (dog expert lol) on LBC last night said she never lets her dogs into the living room or bedroom. When asked why.....she answered "It's a matter of hygiene" The presenter then asked where the dogs were kept. Her answer was "In the kitchen"0
