new street to st andrews

just about to book train tickets do you think from the ground we would make the 17.33 from birmingham new street by jumping in a taxi? never been before

    Went last season, sure it was only about 20 minute walk from ground, so should easily make 5.33 train.

    Yeah walk it. The road that leads from the ground to the city centre gets rammed, so it's quicker to walk than get a cab.

    Unless you go with Off_it you probably won't need 20 mins being chased by the Zulus

    Can get it for £13 return but that means getting a train that takes 2/12 hours back. Otherwise its £32 return.

    Yes, it's walkable, and once away from the immediate area of the ground, you can usually walk quite quickly.

    thats what iv got on the 17.33 and gets back to london at about 19.45 hopefully can grab a few tinnys on way back and celebrate 3 points.
