    Not convinced an apostrophe is required at all. It depends upon whether it's a place that belongs to addicks or one where addicks hang out.
    Anyway, I like it.

    Apostrophes aren't that common in street names. As it's a noun in it's own right it doesn't need to follow the usual rules of grammar.

    Lose that apostrophe, chief! In 'its', it is used only to indicate a shortening from 'it is'.
