    I don't now why they don't start in July and have done with it, it's obviously what they'd like.

    Apparently its to ease fixture congestion. Bloody ridiculous if you ask me, what next, a 2 week winter break and more tuesday night games?

    Not expecting it to be so early and having booked an early holiday will miss first 2 Saturdays of the season:(

    School holidays start at the end of july, and the season starts one week into them. Crazy.
