    No, would be good but the problem is it would hammer the database and, if it even worked, it would bring the whole set up to a crawl.You see, the database keeps a count of what each person has read so that when you log in you see something different to what the next user sees, based on what you've read and the time of last comments. And this can get quite complex. Adding whispers to mulitple people would add to that complexity so much it would all become too bulky. Whispers to multiple people just isn't doable the way the system works right now.
