Flashing advertising hoardings

Hard to watch the Villa game today with flashing, spinning, blinking advertising hoardings changing every few seconds - how the hell are these allowed? Whats wrong with changing them every 5 minutes, rather than every 5 seconds & there should be no animations - so annoying.

    Once during an England game I thought I've Hesky run so quick then I realised it was flashing hoardings!

    It's also annoying when the TV shows a slow-mo replay and you see the electronic hoarding flashing.

    I know but I also want to watch a mediocre match in peace - why do they need to stuff this incessant advertising down our throats at football? Do they have flashing advertising signs beneath cinema screens?

    Totally agree with you. Stopped watching spanish football on telly because they have those horrible hoardings at all their grounds.
