    I see that Notts County, currently in 6th place can only get a maximum of 83 points.

    Qualification at least for the playoffs is almost guaranteed!

    Sorry all, I just realised I said earlier in the week that I'd update a different "E# Update" thread, but now I've used this one.
    (I blame Valley McMoist for asking for an update here!)
    It also explains why Strasburger couldn't see the midweek update.

    I will now stick with this thread. Sorry for any confusion.

    Carlisle can get 89 points and Stevenage 88 so we have a little way to go before we are sure of the playoffs.

    Well, if Carlisle can get 89 points, then they will probably get automatic promotion in 2nd place.
    Winning their final 11 games on the spin, they would have well earned it.

    And if they do, I'll eat my hat!

    Also if Carlisle and Stevenage both lose, we only need a draw.
