Thought it was a bit off having a go at Francis.
My take on coating players, or not as the case maybe, is that if you do not slag us off when leaving then leave them alone.
He was not the best right back in the world but don't cane someone when you leave on good terms

I can't really see the point in coating off ALL of our ex-players, unless it's a special case, like Defoe.
However, thought both the Francis (and Llera at Sheff Weds) chants were harmless enough - not really vitriolic, abusive or spiteful.0 -

Francis played quite well yesterday, indeed Wiggins achieved relatively little going forward, so he can be happy with his performance yesterday.
he wasn't very good for us, but then that applies to most of last season's side.0 -

I can't really see the point in coating off ALL of our ex-players, unless it's a special case, like Defoe.
I don't totally agree - why waste chants on ex-players when we could have been singing for Morro or Wiggy etc.
However, thought both the Francis (and Llera at Sheff Weds) chants were harmless enough - not really vitriolic, abusive or spiteful.
Francis was not good enough for us, but that doesn't make him a bad guy.
Same with Benno.
Players like Racon, trying to dictate where they play etc, are a better target.

Francis played well yesterday, shame the same couldnt be said when he played at the Valley game v Preston, he was rubbish, i break out in a cold sweat seeing him pass the ball to the opposition in his own penalty area , am certainly glad hes gone and pleased we've got Solly instead.0

In my opinion, the guy deserves everything he gets. Absolutely useless. Should thank his lucky stars he's somehow still playing professionally.0

Booing seemed to throw Francis off his game when he played for us. With that in mind seems a good idea to have tried to put him off when he's playing for Bournemouth0
