Dear all,
On Sunday 15th July I will be partaking in a 10km (6.21 mile) run in London's Hyde Park to raise money for Help a London Child as part of Capital FM's Bupa Great Capital Run 2007. Once again I will be asking if you could please donate a little on my site below to help me meet and then hopefully smash my target.
Any size contribution will make a huge difference in the young lives of those the charity is set up to help so I would ask sincerely to put your hand in your pocket and give generously online to this wonderful charity.
