E-ticketing headache

Just trying to buy Orient tickets on e-ticketing system, password doesn't work (and yes checked the case) so get a new one that doesn't work, then get a new one that doesn't work, then get a new one that doesn't work x20. Smashed laptop, that doesn't work...

What browser are you using? I believe the ticket part only works with IE.
