How many players currently in the top 4 leagues have a father who also played the game professionally? I'm thinking our own BWP qualifies...how many others out there, especially the obscure ones (ie Martin Allen's son - Charlie - just made his debut at Notts Co)....
Second task is to make up a team of sons, whose fathers played for England. BWP, Stephen Clemence & Sam Shilton for starters....

has there ever been 3 generations - grandfather, father, son? i'm thinking that the Allen's might have done this - but cannot look it up....didnt realise that Alex was Mark Chamberlain's son - remember when Mark burst onto the scene with i think Port Vale, he never really fulfilled his potential did he?0
