  • I get the logic of including next season’s season ticket holders in priority. I live too far away to commit to a season ticket and mostly get to away games, but if I was a bit closer and on the fence then this sort of thing could convince me. Hopefully it boosts the numbers a little for next year. I’m in VG, so hopefully still ok to get the tickets I want. Think priority levels look right as they are.

Just got an email from Charlton saying about getting a season ticket for next season for priority access to 3pm wembley tickets ? But a previous email said 2024-25 and 2025-26 season ticket holders can buy from 3pm.... Season hasn't even ended yet for us but next season's season tickets get priority hmmmmm.
Yeah, can’t believe the club are trying to incentivise buying season tickets, to attract more regular fans and bring more money into the club so we can be competitive in whatever league we are in.

Let’s be honest, it won’t be more than several hundred people who have bought a season ticket that weren’t holders this season.
That's just selective reading ,Im not saying it's not a good thing to get more money into the club im saying why should they get priority or same as people who have been going games all season no matter how few they are that's all

Any idea if we will get to pick the seat we want or do we just choose what category/block we want and get what we are given. If it's the latter then that makes the 7 ticket per transaction even more stupid.
Last time you could specifically select your exact seat, assume same again
  • Me and my son have 24/25 season tickets and 25/26 season tickets in different seats, i do not expect us to be able to buy 16 tickets in the season ticket pre-sale 😆
  • A question for trying to secure a big group if anyone has an idea…

    - I have me and 3 other STs fan IDs
    - if I buy 6/7 in first order with mine + 1 of the others, will I then be able to do a separate 2nd order from my account with the 2 other Fan IDs to get another 6/7

essentially, can I sort it all out myself via my account without somebody else also having to do it?!

    It’s an incentive.

These people are committing to attending next season.
  • @Algarveaddick I’ve inboxed you mate
  • Everyone will get a ticket and we will get more tickets if required, it may be by the latter phases that the cheaper tickets may not be available also have seen the green man Wembley is open from 8.30am and doing breakfast rolls etc

So then give them a phase after this season's ticket holders the season hasn't ended yet,it's pure pay to win I have seasons tickets but anyone can come along purchase them and get same priority it's pay to win what next buy season tickets for 2026-27 and get a VIP box at Wemberly access and a naked sauna with Nathan jones.
  • I have a disabled season ticket and hence a carer season ticket too, but carer ticket is assigned to me also instead of who I go with.
Club saying that it means I am only entitled to 4 tickets despite both of us having been to all home games this season.
As he goes on the carer ticket he has no loyalty points in his account so won’t be able to buy til general sale- we only want 5 tickets total.

Feels like the club are ignoring the loyalty of certain sections of the fan base here.

Anyone else experienced this, or know who we could contact to try and challenge this?

Wouldn’t make any difference would it? They would still be all guaranteed tickets and better seats than those in the phases below so someone would still be moaning.

If a naked sauna with Nathan Jones was the incentive, I’d buy whatever they were selling.

People of a certain age will remember the scramble to get tickets for the ‘98 play off final. We queued for hours at the Valley on a baking hot day. I had no sun screen and was burnt to a crisp. Give me priority ticketing any day of the week.
Got up at 5am with my dad to stand in that queue for hours absolutely stressed to death that we wouldn’t get a ticket. A core memory for me
  • @Gravesend_Addick have you seen the video on how to assign owners?
  • But I would add ... I'm unsure whether the Helper ticket will count as one of the 4. So you might be alright to get 5. We'll find out later. Not a transaction I've tried before but others on here may have some experience of whether Helper counts within a ticket limitation.
  • Apologies if this question has already been asked but how do I find out how many points I  have? I have looked on my account on the club's website and can't see anything about points.

Log in to the ticketing site, click your name in the top right hand corner, under your profile you’ll see “Loyalty Points”
  • Anyone know is an under 12 season ticket holder entitled to 4 also. If I have an adult and under 12 can I  purchase up to 7 if linked.
  • The ticket website certainly has limitations, which no doubt have been present for a good while. Using Edge on my pc I cannot login. Using Edge on my laptop I can. That shouldn't be an issue that rebounds on the end-user. I can see now why people were reporting browser problems, you weren't going mad.
