  • 3 games, my level of excitement is really quite high. If we prevail the scenes will be ridiculous. COYR
Too right. We missed the Doncaster home tie . This time we are going to both games and can't wait. COYRS

I thought it would be a good idea to get ready for this.

I was logged in on Opera on my desktop. I figured I should log into Safari on my laptop to, just in case. But apparently my email address is incorrect. I checked on my desktop and email/ password were both correct. But I can't log in on any other browser or device.

So I thought, okay, I will stay by this desktop all morning and try through this. But now I have been force logged out of Opera on desktop, and cannot log in on any browser at all.
Probably a dumb question, but can you just change your password?
  • Didn’t some people have issues logging in on Monday morning pre 11am? I assume this was in part down to the queue getting ready, wonder if you’re having that issue @JiMMy 85
  • I took this picture during the Crawley game in December. We've come a long way on and off the pitch since then.
A stark reminder of the importance of the next couple of weeks.
Well, that can’t be right because there was a crowd of 11,427 apparently.

I know you worked on the 'inside' AB and doesn't it make you realize how many season ticket holders stay at home when the team are struggling. Any savings must disappear if you miss games and only get to 60% of matches.

A bit like Gym membership for the half hearted !
  • I'll start by saying I was lucky / early enough to get tickets as a non-season ticket holder (I have been a season ticket holder in the past but cant commit to all of the games anymore so come when I can).

I am curious for views as to how people feel about the ticket allocation here.  Based on how the ticketing works, if you are a family/group of four with season tickets, you would have been able to purchase four tickets each in the first wave, then an extra two tickets each when on general sale, so 24 tickets overal.  Do many season ticket holders buy up their full potential allocation?  Do season ticket holders think this large potential allocation is fair?

I guess if the ticket office weren't expecting the demand then this way of allocation is probably a good way of filling the stadium, but I wonder how many geniune fans have missed out due to people buying for friends who aren't Charltion fans.

As I said at the start, I have tickets so don't have a strong view either way but interested in (balanced) views from the fanbase (that could change if we get to Wembley and I cant go though!).

(Apologies if this has been covered in the previous 35 pages...!)
  • Logging in to buy a ticket is made impossible because the advert for season tickets continually washes buying a match ticket away from the tablet screen.

It's another website riddle you have to solve to buy tickets. There's a well hidden cross on it somewhere, once you find that you can close the advert and proceed on to Level 2.

I had trouble logging in with my email a few months ago and rang the ticket office….. they said to clear my cache/history and use my fan id….. and that worked fine with my usual password…… might be worth a shot if you haven’t tried it already….?
    Good luck 🙂

  • There are a dozen seats at the front of WSK block showing at present for sale
  • Best of luck to all hoping to grab tickets today.
  • And @9goalswentpastperry this was your lot!

There I am, back row of the lower north, arms crossed, looking miserable - ah the good old days!
  • It’s a shame the website doesn’t have the option to release season ticket seats which wont be used for the game. Could save people having to wait another 48 hours when those seats won’t be bought regardless.
  • Slightly annoying this has been put back to Friday last minute. They were also too quick to put them on general sale before ST holders had a chance to buy them yet.

The club don't know what seats those are though, especially as people are ringing up to swap them over

the club wouldn’t need to as it would be the owner of the seats who would click the button on their own login to release them.
  • Seems a sensible move, but reactionary will only annoy in some quarters. Ticket site aside, communication is key and having not been surprised that we’re in the playoffs the club did have ample time to outline the majority of the practicalities regarding ticket sale dates ect.

I can only hope the ticket office can catch a breath and the club can think, should we make it through what can be put into place comms wise so we’re not faced with carnage next week and an even shorter window
  • Can only mean lots of calls from ST holders to swap seats.

Better to clear that before general sale I guess.
  • As I have said before, once they knew our home match was a week and a half away they should have postponed selling tickets until today/tomorrow, that way they could have concentrated on they away tickets, and there would have been no need to bring the ticket office staff in on Sunday.  Hindsight is a wonderful thing.

Weird that, nobody saw this coming
  • CAFC sent out an e-mail stating:

As one of our 2024/25 or 2025/26 season ticket holders, you have until 10.59am tomorrow (Wednesday, May 7th) to purchase your season ticket seat for our huge play-off semi-final against Wycombe Wanderers on Thursday, May 15th (KO 8pm)!

Unfortunately as I am now informed by the CAFC Ticket office ST 2025/26 were nor being held.

This type of contradiction is unhelpful and seriously incompetent.

Although they have back tracked on the deadline some peoples ST seats have become unavailable like mine so there is still an anomaly in getting a ticket at the moment.
