Huge game for Robinson. Will the players turn up for him? Anything but a win, however, ugly, will see him get the full brunt of ire from the 4500 who bother to attend. Quietly confident we will edge an utterly unforgettable match.

Wish I shared your optimism, after watching them throw away winning leads at Rochdale and Shrewsbury, struggle to get anything at home to Bury and learning of the Northampton capitulatation, I anticipate the wrong result tonight.
Despite their mini slump Scunthorpe will relish the home team having to take the game to them which they have rarely achieved all season. Ideally set up for an away team taking all three points on the break as the heads go down when the first goal goes in and the natives get restless.
Hope I'm wrong I'd take a point now but on recent games attended I fear 0-2
I'm beginning to think Robinson should select his side based on the Players' Marks thread. Let science guide the way!
4-3 to a stunned Addicks side. Or 3-4 to a revived Scunthorpe side, who's Dawson is the sort of player we are lacking. (I think it was Dawson who took out Holmes in the Check an ejiit dot com Fiascophy).
If you get this right a second time, I'll be amazed. Good luck, provided it goes to Charlton.
Back home after being stuck in deadlock traffic in Herts trying to get to the game - aborted when it became clear it wasn't going to happen. Had a crap day today so hopefully this means I have missed a cracking victory.
