Henderson

Was not injured was not dropped .... the club to explain later ...
Last week he had a few run ins with the fans behind him in lower north and looked really pissed off with what was being said , wonder if that is behind it ??

Thought you'd have the scoop Col?
  • You said he was injured earlier Colin. You have been reading Dr Kish again.
  • Hold the back pages, forget the away win at Brentford...................... :astonished:

rumoured that he'd forgotten to get a Mother's Day present. when he shot out to get one in his car this morning, he suffered a puncture so had to call the AA. as the mechanic approached Hendo's Fiat Punto in his AA van, he ran over a squirrel and Hendo had to call a vet on his mobile. as he was pacing up and down with mobile in hand, he tripped over the squirrel which leapt up and bit Hendo's hand.

so whatever Charlton's official line is, it was definitely an injury.

Great... The speed with which our team approach squirrel injuries (Hush you lot) Hendo will now be injured for the next 200-years

Does he play Tuesday if recovered? Can't change a winning team according to the old adage, looking forward to your preview already  .

Yeah you are right we should have stuck with Thuram.......
No but he could have easily been dropped for his form this season

You could say the same for the other ten players that start.

You could but you aren't picking out the biggest bag of shit we have had in their position as the only possible alternative
  • Yeah you are right we should have stuck with Thuram.......

He ain't good enough for Charlton. Not sure what that's got to do with Thuram. But I'd rather see Pope in there.

  • Well we are going to have to agree to disagree.

You mean you don't know what happened?

If you ask a question (wonder if that is behind it ??), that normally means you don't know.

I have as much of a problem with some of colin's post as the next person, but I think you're being unnecessarily harsh.

Give it a couple of seasons.

Not sure about that but he's defo cost us a few goals in recent weeks so not a bad thing this dead leg

Should have recovered by Tues so interesting to see what Riga does

Without the benefit of seeing it again but for me despite the non existent marking Pope should have got a fist/caught the Brentford goal. Seemed like it was in 6 yard box and similar to what Hendo has been criticised for.

Conveniently ignoring all of Pope's errors from last season and this . Henderson hasn't been great this year but he's with every other player there

"His" preview. Managed to crowd source it, have us throw out about 15 different potential teams, and still get it wrong. These free services are rubbish and I want my money back.

Fair enough. Wasn't there so can't comment but looking forward to seeing the goals on the box tonight so will keep a close eye out for their one

  • Bit more than the odd error

Again.... When your opposition are having a good 20 attempts every game anybody in goal is going to make the odd error

But if that's the case then why has Henderson never dropped the ball at the oppositions feet or pushed the ball directly into the path of an oncoming striker?

Henderson hasn't been great this season and he has conceded a lot of goals, but they aren't due to glaring errors in ball handling
Henderson has had some stinkers and has been directly at fault for goals this season.

I'm not saying we are where we are because of Henderson but let's not pretend it is purely the 10 men in front of him that are responsible.
