Are Some of RD's Managers, Coaches and Players On A Retainer?

Some sort of central contract that allows him to dictate where they manage, coach or play? A bit like some agents "own" the rights to players e.g. Tevez and Maschereno.

Would make sense the way he moves them around like they were his commodities.

    As is Fraeye who is coaching at another, non-network, club but still working for RD
