Had we been drawn at home....

and operating the same pricing structure as Sheff U based on a Sunday midday KO...

1. How many home tickets do you think we would have sold ?
2. Would we have given SU just the Jimmy Seed, or would we have given them extra ?

    1. 18000
    2. Extra, The end 2 blocks in the east stand by the Away end, like what happened when we played Brentford? in the FA Cup a few years ago
  • 1. 22k +

    2. No, would have used Police and bad experiences from previous attempts to split the East as the reason IMHO
  • 1/ 21k to 22k

2/ No, just the JS Stand

All may be revealed if there is a replay, especially as we will know who a potential semi final will be against.
  • I'm pretty sure we would have sold out.
  • I wouldn't have gone.

Really? Midday on a Sunday and the game is on TV?

With the prospect of a Wembley Semi final , i think so. I would hope so anyway.

When does that banning order end? ;-)

We may get the chance to see if it goes to a replay.
  • 24,187 when we were a prem team against boro
We'd do well to get 22k if it's a replay

  • 21,500 and they would have filled the Jimmy Seed
  • I think it would've sold out at that price and we'd only give them the JS stand on police advice.
  • Don't think we would have sold out, which would have been embarrassing - just like the Millwall home games.
  • I think it would've sold out at that price and we'd only give them the JS stand on police advice.

If we were only to give them the JS, then presumably that would mean significant over-demand from them which would in turn mean stricter restrictions on home tickets hence not a sellout in home areas...
  • Knowing us north upper and east would be shut ;-)
  • Definately would have sold out...pretty sure SU would have sold their allocation of what 4.5 k and we could easily shift the rest 22.5k.
  • Not convinced in any way whatsoever we would have sold out.

How do you make SU having 4.5k in tickets?

OOOPS......more like 4,000 (15% of 27,000).....assuming the OB allow them the end blocks of the East Stand.
