  • Yes I got a free ticket , I didn't renew my season ticket as had one last season and only went to one game due to ill health
  • Well chuffed. Got two tickets. Gutted I couldn't renew this year due to poor finances. We're coming up to half season ticket time soon and now things are settled it could well be an option.

maybe they should give all us paying s/t holders a free pint in the ground before the match to make up

Bloody good idea and one i would eagerly support!
  • Yep great idea, will be a good pre xmas piss up
  • Bet I don't get one even after all those many miles I travelled in the 90s. It's my birthday on
    the 15th too :-(

Still got my 2 freebies in the ST if you want one ?

Cheers mog, if I can find a reasonable train price I might take you up on that.

As have I if you want another?
  • Great idea, well done to the club.
  • if season ticket holders were to use their free tickets to bring friends and family to the derby game as well we could get this as near enough a sell out which would be nice for fans and players alike leading up to xmas
  • Wouldn't be a sell out though would it?
Didn't renew my season ticket but haven't recieved a free ticket, let's hope it's a good game and the extra people might stick around

near enough full is what i meant
  • Yep, pleased to find mine in the post today. Didn't renew this season because only managed to get to about 2/3 of home games last year, but considering a half-year season ticket for the run in. Nice touch from the club, and nice bonus in the run up to Christmas for those like me who would probably have been buying a ticket to the Derby game anyway.
  • Cue a snoozy, bad weathered 0-0 then...
  • How many people didn't renew their ticket? Oh, and what happens if you had a season ticket last year but that seat has now been taken up?
  • you have to sit on their lap

Contact this guy for some advice

    stu.wall@millwall.co.uk

  • My ticket isn't for my seat I had last season, but in the same block............
  • Its a very good piece of work from the marketing team

Also wigan and derby are both games that you wouldn't normally associate with such ideas

The guys in the ticket office and the person in charge of these initives should be recognised for their efforts

    Good job

On that topic just wondered reasons for not buying ST this year?

    £335 is just too much
What is the average ticket price for a Championship game at the Valley these days?If someone goes to every home game, about how much will be saved when using the S/T instead of individual tickets? Why does a little iPhone 5 or Samsung Galaxy S4 cost more than a S/T...

I just found out that Villa's S/T is even less expensive than ours? http://www.theguardian.com/news/datablog/2013/jun/19/premier-league-ticket-prices-club-charge-the-most Or maybe I missed the word 'cheapest'?
  • Got mine. Nice touch and good marketing. Will post a separate thread later when I have had a chance to do some sums.
