brilliant to have 9 points out of 9, but if we can beat millwall and win 4 on the bounce i'd be one happy addick. Only 4 points away from a play off place...
Let em say we're crazy I don't care about that Put your hand in my hand Baby Don't ever look back. Let the world around us just fall apart Baby we can make it if we're heart to heart.

We have two home games before the Spanners, Could be going for 6 on the bounce.
Nearly poached a goal, scrambled around a bit for possession - I thought he was all white, it was a yolk that Powell subbed him.
Seems to go into his shell a bit. Didn't lay anything on. Might prove to be rotten. Chickened out of a few tackles Got fried by their centre forward. Bit of a poacher. Middle name is benedict.
Waiting on a rather desolate platform at Burnley Manchester Road for the Preston connection. An ok performance overall but an excellent result. Burnley started on the front foot as you'd expect but were, to an extent, derailed by the sending off. They played the better football in the first half and Hamer made two very good saves, although we were very dangerous as well ( especially Haynes ) and, apart from the penalty miss, we had two other very near things.
The second half drifted a bit but we never really looked in trouble. As usual, Morrison and Solly were outstanding and Cort won pretty well everything in the air. Hulse led the line really well and showed all his experience - an excellent header back across the box for Haynes' goal. We did not do much in midfield and, as a result, did not take full advantage of the extra man, although 1-0 always looked as if it would be enough.
Brilliant 9 points! Well done everyone at CAFC. Especially when you consider how much we strengthened (or didn't). Shows how great a manager Powell is. Well done indeed.
My prediction was Boro, Cardiff, Bristol, Burnley 1 point ... suitably impressed by the team, we seem to have found our legs and now only need to convert the away form to home. Have to stick to my principles and miss next Saturday, but will be v Posh and Millwall

In the meantime such remarks will be conveniently forgotten
