  • Really upset with this display as it appeared on tv.

I really cannot mark the players except Jenkinson and Elliot.
and this is 24 hours later!

And many of us in return can't understand people who mark players ridiculously high.

I declined to mark because I only saw it on TV, which cannot give us a 100 per cent reliable picture of what players are really contributing, because the camera angles only show us a small area of the action at any given time.

But 7s and 8s for everyone except Martin and Abbott? And even their performances (which on TV looked abject) you ranked worthy of a creditable six.

If the average score is seven on a gruesome night like that, the next time we actually play well, you will have to give eveyone ten and the MoM an 11 to retain any consistency !
  • Elliot 6
    Doherty 6
    Fry 6
Jenkinson 7 Why has he been loaned out while we have been playing Francis. Good debut should keep his place
    Dailly 5
    Semedo 5
    Racon 5
    Martin 5
    Reid 6
    McCormack 5
    Abbott 5

n/a Jackson 4 why did he put the pen straight down the middle again
    n/a Anyinsah 4
    n/a Benson 4
  • I watched on TV - I'd split the MoM between Reid and Doherty.

If Reid had someone on the end of those crosses then we could have gotten something out of the game.

A great save by Elliot from a deflected free kick.

Other than that hard to know what to make of the side, we made six changes and I can't think that we'll ever start or even play that formation again.
