Played for England and Sheff Wed in the 50's - Now name the only other England player whose name began with a Q?

Ruel Fox is wrong (I cheated and looked at my Rothmans football yearbook) but there was a Spanner called Freddie Fox who played one game in 1925.

1925? Since the war. I think the phrase "The War" generally refers to WWII. The 1939-45 conflict.

Indeed it does which is why I mentioned that he had played before the period requested in the question. This was also apparant from the fact that the 6 required names had already been identified.

Personally I prefer WW1 to WW2 but that is a matter of choice.
  • Name an England player with the letter A in his first name and surname?
  • The late Alan Ball..
  • Also Anthony Adams.
    Probably many more.
  • Albert Quixall
  • Name one English league side with the letters A, B, C, D and E in their name.
  • Wycombe Wanderers
  • Name the only English league side whose name begins with 5 consonants?

I refuse to answer on the grounds of good taste.
