"Interesting" Tweet from Thomas Driesen

I have replied, suggesting that not all his decisions have been exactly rational! I now expect to be blocked!

  • Jog on knobhead, back to playing fifa
  • Another one who couldn't find his arse with both hands.
  • Grade A prick of a person.
The first thing any new owners should do is break off all contact with him.
If he's still around under new owners I'll be dumfounded
  • And what are his qualifications?

Even if the new owners are a mystery consortium headed up by Uncle Richard ...

"Advisor on player signings for Charlton Athletic Football Club. (former STVV) I like cocktails, nature, animals, history, politics, crypto and (some)people".

I like him, he's been an asset to our club, he tells it as it is and just look at his Twitter profile above.

    Adorable.

  • Following him on Twitter he quite creepily "likes" a lot of tweets from our young female fans, it's like he doesn't know we can see it - super unprofessional.

He's got the negatives of Roland and the Bouvier des Flandres
  • I'm trying my best to get him to block me

Clearly attended the same "Self-Awareness" School as Roland. He'll never work in football again once Roland's sold all his clubs.
  • Absolute drip.
  • Weasel.

Think we have found what Bowyer and Roland were 'stuck on'

  • nobody should be giving this lucky parasite the oxygen of publicity
nobody besides the toxic septuagenarian bungler will be paying any heed to anything he squeaks out anyway
  • Why isn't Thuram in goal ?

He’s right - managers do not have tome to go off scouting. That’s why the scouting team go for him and bring back a shortlist with recommendations. Then let the manager decide who he thinks will fit best into his squad.

That’s the problem with playing computer games and thinking that everything works the same in real life. These footballers are real people, not just ratings on a hard drive that you can cobble together without due care.
  • Seeing as managers live and die by the players that come to their clubs,I find this a most amusing statement. All managers, from the great Alex Ferguson downwards have a network of scouts, who look for players who they think will benefit their clubs. They will present their cases and discuss the pros and cons. But,always, the manager will have the final say.Absolutely ridiculous to suggest otherwise.Imagine someone telling Bill Shankly or Arsene Wenger they have to sign this or that player, this guy is a prick.
  • Responded ... will be interesting to see how far he pushes this.

If the scouting team (and in particular the Chief Scout) have the complete confidence of the manager then there isn't a problem - the manager will accept their recommendations. The manager cannot do everything. This particular little spotty, waste of space herbert does not fall into this category.

The caveat here is that the manager should appoint the Chief Scout, not have it imposed.

  • So this is the guy who brought us Anil Cock and Rod Fanni ?and found these by looking at videos ???????
  • He is a proper little pube aint he?!
