Lot of Police outside the lib today

Both before and after the match, were they expecting the Upbeats to kick off after a couple of drinks.

Spoke to a police officer. 21 Scunny high risk coming off a long ban so made a day of it. 80 high risk expected to travel.

There had been some disorder outside the lib after the Shrewsbury game so I guess that explains the police presence there.

  • So not anti terrorist then!

No but still expect the club to use Scunny high risk for bumping season ticket prices after the deadline.
  • Watching the Away end and it was like they had two seperate supports!

Yes, unusual for away supporters to spread out so much!

    A warm day?
  • Think they’d been drinking in the Angerstein about 120 lads , they were absolutely spannered , mate said he saw em escorted up to the ground
  • Drove past there 30 mins after the game in a mini bus with the upbeats and parents on for only a meat head well 5/6 of them ( Charlton fans ) to throw a can of beer at the bus that very nearly smashed the window !
    Thanks for that knob heads

    From the Lib?

Whilst I’m not questioning you, I’d be surprised if that came from the Lib drinkers.

  • They were expecting some Scunthorpe supporters to kick off, which is more than the Charlton players did

    A bit like ours then................
  • There were loads in the Angerstein, had big flags/banners on display outside. Did seem quite unusual as that pub is only very busy on a match day when Millwall are in town.
