  • I was up in Sleaford on Saturday as my Son and his family live there. They are Charlton fans and I'm sure they would be willing to collect any items and I can pick them up next time I'm there which is likely to be in the next few weeks. Let me know and I will sort it out.
  • where in Lincolnshire ? .. (I am not in London until the Wimbledon game)

I actually know Steve and he lives in a village on the outskirts of Lincoln, he owned a pub nearby but sold it a couple of years back.
Does a lot of football punditry for Radio Lincs on local football.
He of course managed The Imps for a fair while.
His legs are bigger than ever!
  • By the way Sleaford is a fair old slap from Lincoln!
  • Just outside sleaford if I can help

17 Miles to Thommo's house according to google maps

Just outside sleaford if I can help

Thanks but got someone now (unless you are related to Nutz55 bu any chance)
  • My son takes my grandson triathlon training in Lincoln once a week so distance not a problem. Both very disillusioned with club at the moment so would have been nice for them to touch base with an ex player. That said we are hoping to go to the Scunny game together in November.
  • Sorry last message should read `will be nice` not `would`

    and thanks.
  • Nutz55 I think I've worked next door to your relatives.Saw a kid in the garden with a Charlton top on ... nearly feel off me ladder.

I think there are enough of you for a Lincolnshire Addicks Group.

Lincolnshire is a lot bigger than Bromley .. check google maps ((:>)
  • Steve was my first Charlton hero, he had a moustache very similar to my father's.
  • As an imp, I'd be happy to pop round Thommo's gaff to pick your stuff up. Sounds like you've got a few offers and I won't be up there for a month or so, but if anyone can't make it, give me a shout.

Thanks, will let you know if needed.

Thommo said he was happy to donate the items as "it’s a great club which I still have affection for deeply."
