Favourite Condiment

It's the close season, a perfect opportunity for more food-based threads.

What's your favourite non-standard condiment (No Ketchup, Mayo etc.)?

Cholulua Hot Sauce- Chili Garlic has got me at the moment.

  • Different dishes require different condiments

Cod and chips requires salad cream
    Bacon sandwich requires ketchup
    Sausage sandwich requires brown sauce
  • Almost all of the M&S sauces are quality but specifically:

    American Mustard Mayo
    Spicy Cajun
    Peri Mayo

Also, Newman's Own Ranch Sauce is quality.

And saving the best until last... Dijonnaise.
  • And balsamic vinegar on everything
  • Black ground pepper on everything for me, even custard!
  • Sweet chilli dipping sauce.
  • Do like a ham and mustard sandwich.
  • Mint sauce
  • Is this one of those threads like the weird sandwich combo one that reveals who the wrognens are on here?
  • Top shelf of fridge is completely taken up eith condiments!

Love them all, but nothing beats mint sauce with lamb and the squeezy American Mustard with a hot dog / sausage in a roll

Salad cream is the devil's spunk and should never be touched.

Mint sauce with lamb but if you are having sauce on everything you weren't weaned properly or are eating bad food.
  • Sriracha Hot Chilli sauce also they do the same with Lemon grass & a Ginger one...the Hot Chilli goes on pretty much everything...
  • Do like a ham and mustard sandwich.

English mustard of course. That American stuff is awful.
  • Mustchup. Cracking stuff, goes with anything.
