Why do I keep receiving notifications when I've not posted or commented on the post. I seem to be getting them from the recent Arsenal post?

    Have you highlighted the star button on the right

    You've bookmarked the thread. Unclick the star that shows against that row when on the main list screen

    I didn't even know of the star button or deliberately activated it but i will be mindful of it now. Thanks.
