Roland's Wiki

Just stumbled upon this in the version history:

15:13, 6 June 2016‎ PA Roland Duchatelet (talk | contribs)‎ . . (5,569 bytes) (-1,406)‎ . . (Undid revision 723999724 by Kosack (talk) -> As PA of Mr Duchatelet we have updated his profile with the correct information upon his request.) (undo) (Tag: possible BLP issue or vandalism)

And this is how it looked after the PA updated it, they basically removed the controversy section and references to THE statement.

Potentially another sign of his ego and how he hates his reputation being messed with.

TBH someone should put that bit back in and add in that his PA is editing it to make the old git look less mad

If it is factual - which it is - it is valid to be on there

It's still in there as of now so he can't have a very good PA

His PA at Tessenderlo, (formally employed by Melexis), An De Hert, was named in the original Varney takeover emails.

I just checked his page on the French version of Wikipedia.

Regarding Charlton it says the following (Google translated):

    "Charlton Athletic

In January 2014, he acquired the English D2 club Charlton Athletic8 and the Spanish D2 club AD Alcorcón.

A year and a half later, his English investment begins to bear fruit, with the sale of Joseph Gomez for the equivalent of 4.89 million euros to FC Liverpool. In addition, as a formative club, a percentage will be collected on the player's future transfers until the 2019-2020 season included, that of his 23 years"

Nothing about any controversy and it makes it sound as though his ownership of Charlton has been a success (for him anyway).
Does anyone know how to add a bit more truth to that?
